The Community of The Basilica Shrine of St. Mary—Church, School and Sister Isaac Center—is a vibrant and dynamic multicultural parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Raleigh. With the Eucharist as the source and summit of our spirituality, and inspired by the Holy Spirit, we seek to worship God and build up the Kingdom of God on the Cape Fear Coast of North Carolina. The parish of the Basilica Shrine of St. Mary prides itself on serving the poor, providing superb Catholic Christian education for the young, championing human rights for all people, and serving as a loving home to the stranger, especially the immigrant.
